Support website privacy
Browsing the site
This website lets you read documents and contact the developer. It has no registration, advertising trackers, or visitor analytics. It does not set cookies or save preferences in your browser. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
Technical information
To deliver pages, the server receives your IP address and technical request information. Size-limited technical logs are used for security and troubleshooting. The developer and infrastructure provider process this information to operate the website.
Contacting support
The contact button lets you open Gmail or Outlook in your browser, or an email app on your device. Choosing webmail takes you to that provider’s website. An email is sent only when you choose to send it there. When you contact the developer, your sender address, message, and any attachments you include are used to answer your request. Email providers process correspondence under their own policies. Please do not send passwords or payment credentials.
Application documents
This notice covers the support website. Data handling inside an app is described in that app’s own policy. Updates to published documents are identified by their revision date or version.
