Sticker Sets – Emoji Keyboard Effective October 13, 2026

This policy explains how Sticker Sets – Emoji Keyboard (the “App”) handles information. The App does not require an account and does not use information to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Information we process
- **Device identifier:** a random installation identifier generated by the App.
- **Product interaction:** app and session opens, screens viewed, normalized catalog and sticker actions, discovery interactions, update interactions, timestamps, app version and build, platform, iOS version, locale, and distribution channel.
- **Purchase history:** the subscription period (weekly, monthly, or yearly) after StoreKit reports a completed purchase. We do not receive or store card or payment details.
These records are linked to the random installation identifier and used only for analytics, reliability, feature configuration, and understanding how the App is used. They are not used for advertising or cross-company tracking and are not sold.
Keyboard and iMessage extensions
The keyboard and iMessage extensions do not include the analytics client. The keyboard requires Full Access only to download sticker catalog content from our service. Neither extension collects or transmits typed text, messages, contacts, payment details, or clipboard contents for analytics.
Sticker delivery and exports
The App contacts our catalog service to load sticker metadata and media. Network infrastructure may process ordinary request metadata, such as an IP address, temporarily as necessary to deliver and secure the service. When you choose to export content to another app, that app processes the content under its own privacy policy.
Storage and retention
Analytics events may be queued securely on the device while offline and are removed from the local queue after 29 days. Raw server events are retained only as needed to operate analytics and reliability features. Aggregated statistics may remain after raw installation data is deleted.
Your choices
You can stop future analytics transmission by deleting the App. You can request access to or deletion of installation-level analytics data through Support. Apple separately controls App Store purchases, subscription management, refunds, and associated account data.
Children
The App is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request names, email addresses, contacts, precise location, health information, or typed content from users.
